I just watched finished Americian Idol audition.Hmmm..i think it's season six right? Whoa, but there is still so many people joining it. Yes. This is what i have been doing most of my life as much as i can recall.Yup. And it's quite good.

it's not that i want to always take a deep breath but because one side of my nose is always struck.haha.Yup.Since young i think. When to see your doctor, he said that can be removed but chances is, it might grow back. Haha, but i'm trusting God, i think i will still want to remove it. And in Jesus name when i removed, it won't grow back. Amen.

Haha, anyway that not the point i'm saying today. Yup. Is about taking a deep breath! I don't know why but do you realise, in times when you are down, tired. Taking a deep breath makes you so feel much better.

I'm guessing, it's a way that will slow down your heart beat because when you take a deep breath, it seem like everything stop for awhile and when you exhale out, your heart slow down, and it makes you feel calmer. It's feel Good too.!

So when times get toughs, when you are anxious, when you want to talk to God. TAKE A DEEP BREATH, SLOW DOWN and GO INTO PEACE and Know He is always there.

After four days of hectic school day, I'm finally FREE. not that i'm not but i feel lor.haha. I wanna take a day off and relax, slow down the pace of my life. Take a Break, Spend it with Jesus.Yeah.

Gd Morning or Gd afternoon i guess, i was supposed to wake up @ 9.30 to study. Haha..so hardworking right? Haha, BUT i only managed to wake up @ around 11.30, i overslept. At least i'm up. Praise the Lord.

Just did the ONE THING that was needed. Cultivate & Spend Time in the presence.=) Yes, let me do it everyday because i LOVE it not because i have too. It's so different you know. yes one thing that is needful. LET IT QARAH IN ME

I was just reading the Daily Devetional by our Church through mail. Pastor was sharing with us Roman 5:1 "1Therefore, having been justified by faith, we have peace with God through our Lord Jesus Christ."

And i really like what Pastor was sharing. We are not trying to GET peace, We already HAVE the peace in us.

Philippian 4:7, and the PEACE OF GOD, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and minds through Jesus Christ.

6-7Don't fret or worry.
Instead of worrying, pray. Let petitions and praises shape your worries
into prayers, letting God know your concerns. Before you know it, a
sense of God's wholeness, everything coming together for good, will

displaces worry at the center of your life.

Isn't it beautiful in the last part : Knowing that Christ displaces worry at the center of your life.

The Peace that will settle inside, the knowing and believing that CHRIST have done everything that is needed to bring us this peace, it not even only from God but is the PEACE OF GOD.

The faith that come from Jesus, the very faith that is in us.

Whoa, i totally love it because yesterday when i went hm from Church. Tired i might be, I will also do another one thing that is needful, BATHE. haha. yes, not gg into detail.

For that split moment when i was alone, I was praying, and trying to collect my thoughts together so that i can talk to God about everything and anything.Haha, Do you guys do it, collect yr thoughts?haha but Suddenly, i asked myself why do i have to collect my thought to talk to Daddy God. And i started reasoning with myself. And came to my own conclusion, i thought it will be easier, silly me, haha, God must be laughing. My type A got onto me. So i decided not to and just talk to Him who doesnt really care whether i collect my thought or i just skip from one topic to another and indeed i was so much care-free.

And the next moment i knew, i was just sitting there, not talking any, not doing anything,eyes closed but enjoying the presence and the peace of God in my life. When i open my eyes, oh man, i felt so refreshed and i was like pacing with my love. My heart beat gently and slowly.Even as i'm typing now, i'm feeling. Praise the Lord.

Yeah, I'm satisfied. Gonna talk more about what happen the past fews days later on, for now, I'm done and i'm off to spend time with my studies.Haha, yup. I have got two tests on the same day BUT i'm not worrying.Yeah. Haha. Quite a long entry. Sorry. i sharing myself happy.

Haha, well first of sch. Although start at 3. haha i woke up at 9 plus to finish and touch my report which i have been not wanting to do during my holidays.haha. Yup. I'm Done. Praise the Lord

Went to sch, got to see my classmates again, not much changes except for some hair style changes. And i'm more slack. Don't why just can't be bother to dress up today.Haha, Sabbath for dressing. i got no one in sch that i need to impress.lolx. In fact i always tell some of my close friends, if the girl like me, must like for who i am not what i dress like, of course, dressing up is important. so got occasion will still dress up. ahah.

Praise the Lord, Guess what, i find out that a girl in the other class is attending New Creation. Wanna know how i find out? Okie, for leaders who should know, when we serve altar call, we always help to fill in the form using the pen that is provided right? And sometimes, we forget to give to the new believer.haha.Yes, that how i found out she is from New Creation. Haha, i saw her holding the New Creation pen. haha, i even took the one i have and ask my classmate to check for me.haha. Yup, so i manage to ask her today, and confirm she is from NCC. Never been to Campus. So i'm inviting her down this coming sat. Praise the lord and she agreed. Haha. so fun so fun, Don't hesitate k, invite your friends down, If it is of the Lord, it will be light and easy. Amen

It's a very small thing but i still want to thank God for favor. Just now as i was on my way hm in the train. Suddenly, i started sneezing non-stop, usually it happen..haha. it's not flu, maybe sensitive. Than i ask my friend whether he got tissue anot. And he checked, the result is No. So i thought it was okay la. As long as i stopped sneezing. And as i turn around, This lady took out a packet of tissue and blessed me. Whoa, okie but it's the first time someone actually do that to me.haha, i was so overwhelming.haha. I could only think of God's undeserved favor. Haha.okie yup

Sch starts for 3 weeks and it's exam. Haha, super fast right? And after exam it's Chinese New Year and it's feb le. Wah..Time really flies and we really have to learn to rest in the midst of all the activities. No matter how busy or hectic, study or work can get, Let us always dig deep into the word of God, Amen because it is the life that will MAINTAIN BALANCE of our life.haha..Amen

It's gonna be busy but i'm not going to give in. I'm gonna enjoy myself. Dont' stress myself but will study. You know i like what Coach Andy shared with some of us last time. That sometime we just really misunderstand Grace. And when results don't come, they blame God. I used to be like this. What like what Coach Andy said, When we have God's undeserved Favor and Grace in our life, doesnt mean we don't have to put in effort to study for an example. Yes we still need to but we do it because we know God have grace us for it. And it's so true. I know Pastor said it before too. Hee, but what really like makes me understand is the example he gave.

So i'm gonna study because the Lord have grace me and given me a christ of Mind. Wisdom and knowledge. All the things of the earth including test paper comes from the Lord, so i will seek first his Kingdom. And i know i will manifest. Amen

I love what Pastor shared today, LET CULTIVATE HIS PRESENCE. The very One we need. And everything is about Jesus. We know that we can entrust ourself to Him. I know that i can.

Wah, Jesus really brings life wherever he is, NO ONE EVER DIE IN HIS PRESENCE. So powerful. And guess what? Jesus is in you now. I think it's such timing msg. Letting the YOUths know that, hey The Christ in you brings life to wherever you are. The very fact that we all to retent and reach out, We have to know that. Empowerment comes when you know you have the right and the correct weapon. Haha, and Knowing Jesus brings life, you have his righteousness and he is your weapon, not to kill but to bring lives to eternal. Whoa.
